I eat it! Seriously, I try to plan for it and make adjustments to my food for the day so I can have a splurge. It doesn't always work to plan, sometimes it's spontaneous so in that case I try to get some more exercise or if that doesn't work out I just move on with my life.
This is a lifestyle change I have chosen, it's not a diet. So if I slip it's not world ending because I'm human and it's gonna happen from time to time. Even Heidi Klum eats french fries!0 -

. I dont deprive myself. If I want it I'll just work it off later if its not in my calorie goal and if it is I dont worry about it.
