SO...I AM ONLY ON DAY 4, BUT I AM NOTICING A TREND. AT THE END OF THE DAY, I AM HITTING MY CALORIE GOAL BUT COMING WAYYYY UNDER FOR CARBS AND WAYYY OVER FOR PROTEIN AND FAT. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON IF THIS IS A PROBLEM...AND IF IT IS, HOW DO I FIX IT? OTHER THEN SITTING DOWN TO A HUGE BOWL OF SPEGHETTI, I DON'T KNOW HOW I WOULD COMPENSATE.???

Not really a problem. Are you feeling good? If yes, then you don't need to change anything.

If, however, you find yourself dragging and low-energy, then you might want to add in some more carbs.

Sounds like no problem to me! To many carbs arent good anyway, if your not feeling tired or like you need more energy your prob. fine.. Youll lose the weight faster with less carbs anyway and theres never anything wrong with getting extra protien!!

Those are guidelines, not the Bible.

i stick with a lower carb diet (i.e. i don't eat bread or pasta or rice or anything like that) -- all my carbs come from veggies and greek yogurt so I'm always under - but that works..... over on protein? Huge win.... over on fat? what kind of fats are you eating? make sure it's healthy fats.

I changed my MFP settings to 35/35/30 Protein/Carbs/fat. So, I think that you are good. I bet that you will see good results.

I wouldn't worry. Going over on Protein is a good thing...and too many cards aren't helpful for Weight Loss. You want to be sure to get enough to engergize yourself, but you don't have to hit it and you should avoid going over it. And remember, they are guidlelines.

In my Opinion: being under on carbs is good. Over on protein also good. Try to stay closer to your fat number.

Thanks for all of the advice....I eat alot (still within my calorie range for the day) of nuts. I always sprinkle sunflower seeds or almonds in my greek yogurt in the morning, which i love, but now i am seeing my daily summaries and i am way over in the fats department. I am very conscience of what i put into my mouth and sometimes this is hard for me! Like today, went to a to go salad bar for lunch and picked up a roll to accompany it. The 100% whole weat roll was 210 cals (seems like alot) and the white ciabattia style roll was only 140. I know that the whole grains are wayyyy better for you ( i won't eat anything white that is processed like bread) but way more calories.....

I'm almost always over on protein and under on carbs. I feel like I'm making good choices most of the time so I don't mind the over/under. I don't eat hardly any bread and avoid gluten which cuts the carbs. I think you are fine unless as someone above said, you feel you need more energy. You should do well.
