Hi everyone!
I am a 28 y/o mom of 2.
Married for 6 years.
My goal is to lose 11 pounds in about a month.
These last few pounds are sooo hard to brush off.
I've decided to give the diet another go.
Have been walking/jogging in the mornings.
Trying to do it atleast 3x a week.
If I am not able to go out, then I will hop on my treadmill.
Hubby and I have started to do crunches & jumping jacks today.
I did a total of 60 sit-ups and 40 jumping jacks. Not bad huh?
I thought I did so well with my foods today but I am over almost 200 calories :-o
The thing that put me over were the turkey burgers I had for dinner... I had 2 of them w/o the bread.. well, I had 1 slice of wheat bread. Any advice?
