Hi!
I just finished day 23 of the 30 Day Shred. So far...so good! I have one more week of this, but I'm trying to figure out what to do next. Has anyone done the Six Week Six Pack one? That is the area that needs the most work, so I thought maybe I'd give it a try. Anyone have an opinion on that workout? Any other suggesstions?
