damn i envy you that only spend like $200 a month. i spend that in a week! lol i typically spend around $600-$700 for a family of 4. (two small kids). i can not give up greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, fresh fruit and veggies, fresh meats, and eggs. even though eggs are cheap i eat a **** ton in a weeks time!!! it all adds up rather quickly. if only we didnt have to eat........ what i could spend that money on

Oh my gosh! Hubby and I were just discussing this. We budget about $400 a month for groceries but we go over every month! He doesn't understand to eat healthier is more expensive. Gotta get the baby weight off and the healthy way is they ONLY way.

    Things I NEEED

    protein bars
    Fresh fruits and veggies
    Oatmeal
    Deli turkey
OH and... He thinks I drink too much water (we buy it by the 5 gallon jug bcuz I'm picky about my water)
And consistently has to get more :)
But he's supportive so he just gives me a hard time :)
Beauty is pain.. And expensive ;)

My husband and I eat very well spending 400 a month on groceries. We buy fresh spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, whole wheat bread, organic eggs, beef, sausage, chicken, pork, etc.

Same here! I'm a frugal coupon and Aldi queen! We get fresh meat, veggies, fruits, grains, all the good stuff for about $500 a month. Family of 5.

Last month I bought more organic products and spend about 50 more than usual. Per month I usually spend about $300=350 on groceries for just ME! I buy everything at once usually around 200 then after about 2 more weeks I have to buy more produce.

    I can't give up:
    Soy milk
    Fruits and veggies
    organic soups
    Lean meats
    Fish
    Greek Yogurt
