been doing lower body for 2 weeks, 6 times a week and boy.... my butt sure is sore. on top of that its a lot more perkier, my thighs suddenly don't touch anymore and even my tummy is changing.... weight up 1lb but who cares, I love you pauline nordin.0 -

What is the Butt Bible?
I is a workout to lift and tone your bum. It has 3 levels. Each level is to been done for 2 weeks. Level one easy two little harder, three was hard!!!! I did it anyone canAll workout on you-tube.

Are these the actual videos you would see if you bought the DVD? Do you do level 1 upper and lower for 2 weeks annd keep going like that?0 -
Does anyone know how many calories these workouts burn per level????? Thanks0

I used my HRM last night for the first work-out and burned 196 calories but I added a plank for one minute.
It all depends on your weight and fitness level, so the burn rate would be different for everyone.
It was a great burn, though.

I just started Level 3 today...how did anyone make it through level three? I thought I was going to pass out seriously. I wonder what the calorie burn count is on that0
