I'm a little bit confused as to what my net calories should be? I generally eat anywhere from 1100 to 1350 cals a day

your NET should be around 1200 every day, which means (according to MFP) that you should be eating back all of your exercise calories. It's actually pretty important to do that, especially with whole, healthy foods, so that your body can turn your hard work into muscle while your cardio burns your fat. That's how I understand it so far. Haha I'm learning new things each day though!

Calories consumed - calories burn = net calories.

So if you eat 1300 calories, burn 500 calories, net calories = 800.

AKA - you need to eat more or your are going to lose all your lean muscle mass.

Calories taken in - calories burned through exercise = net calories. This should be at least 1200.

If you eat 1200, and do no exercise, that's fine. If you eat 1200 and burn 500 through exercise it's the same as just eating 700 a day (not good)

    Hope that helps :)

My question to so if I set MFP to active or very active for my weight I need 1900-2200 calories at least daily So do I still eat exercise cals or just make sure my net cal is over 1200? IF i go by this my netcals are about 1400-1500 or so

I answered that on your other thread. Just use the strategy I suggested and not worry about net calories.
