    Hi Tabs!

Welcome! I've only been here a couple days and I am as much hooked here as the darn blackhole in my universe that is facebook

Congrats on your successful recovery and we are on the same track in just a couple ways. I have 38lbs to shed and I also want to be a personal trainer! I haven't started my classes yet, we are moving in a couple months back to our home state, California. So I figured I'd start then.

I found myfitnesspal after I bought my P90X and visit the forum discussions there everyday. People were talking about "my fitness pal this and my fitness pal that" and I thought they were talking about a real person. I decided to try and just plug in myfitnesspal.com and VOILA - Der, THIS is what everyone was talking about!

I love P90X!!! I am sure it will be a good foundation toward becoming a personal trainer.
I wish you much success in your endeavors!

Hi Tabs! Welcome and good luck!

That is cool about the personal training. I am looking into doing that myself and you are right...it is valuable knowledge for yourself and friends and family too!
