This could be posted on a number of the boards, but here it is. I know my last 7 days hasn't been great, in certain choices, but overall not bad. I am usually (almost always) within my goal calories for the day. And i eat back my exercise calories as i have a Polar FT40 that tells me a better approximation for me and what i do.

Looking at my food diary, and my exercise diary, what tips and advice can be given to me?

I only aim higher, wanting to be in best shape of my life here at 30 and am looking at my first half marathon May 6th, and then looking at trying heavy lifting from home after that. Want my body fat to be 18-20% if possible, and figure i am around 24, 25%?? But need to be properly tested....

    The only thing that looks a little out of whack is your sodium intake, but I'm a novice at this so take that with a "grain of salt".
