So I started my weight loss in January 2012, I am not calling it a diet, I am changing my lifestyle. I have lost 16lbs so far and have 20lbs left to go. I have always fluctuated between (UK) sizes 14 to 18 since I was 18 (turn 25 next month), I have got myself down to a size 14 and I am determined to never go higher than this number again.
Is there anyone else who has yo yo dieted for years and finally has decided to take a different approach to lose the weight for good? We should get talking and try and help each other out, I know that I always need that extra push and motivation to keep going.
(ps. my topic at the end is meant to say yo yo dieting)

Me! I'm 31, from Scotland and have yo yo'ed loads over the years, going from size 8-18 (currently 16) and have enough differently sized clothes in my wardrobe to stock a small shop lol! I've lost around 12lbs and want to lose around another 35...eek!
Feel free to add me...we can do it! x0 -
friend requested! I'm also 24 and have been between 75 - 95kg since I was 16/17. A couple of years ago I lost weight and got down to 80-85kg (I didn't weigh myself more than once and I can't remember that number now haha) but then put it all back on and got back up to 95kg. I got down to 85kg and have been at that for a year now.
Determined to get down to 75kg within the next 6 months.0
