Hi Everyone,
I am a college student (Senior woot woot) and about a year ago I gained a considerable amount of weight (35 pounds)
I resisted the idea that I would have to change what I ate in order to lose weight up until recently.
I'm currently doing Jamie Eason's Live Fit free workout but obviously I need to change my eating habits in order to see weight loss.
I'm fed up with being out of shape and overweight.. Who wants to friend me and join me in a new lifestyle change? Let me know

Hi Ashley nice to meet you! Congrats on the first steps to success0 -
Senior college student! I gained about 20 pounds from depression/anxiety my junior year, and I'm looking to leave it in the past.0

I'm in the same boat as a lot of you. I'm 22 and I'm in my final year of university. I only have twenty or so lbs to lose, less if I actually exercised once in a while and built some muscle. I've been on MFP for a while but never had any friends for motivation and I'm thinking maybe its time. If anyone else has similar goals feel free to add me (I'm not really sure how that works). I'm trying really hard to eat healthy and when school gives me a break, do the C25k program. I did it before and loved it but fell out of it when midterms started in the fall.0

I am also a senior in college. I decided that now is the best time for me to make a change.
Feel free to add me0 -
Hey! I'm a uni student, last year I lost 10 pounds with MFP and managed to keep it off.
Now I'm after another 20 . If you want to add me, feel free!0 -

Hi, I'm also a college student. And no it is not the easiest environment at all to make such a huge lifestyle change. I'm 80days in on MFP and 19.9 pounds down. Feel free to add me.... and we can help out each other. I'm still a work in progress.0

I'm a college student. Next year is my last year! I also work full time. scheduling time for fitness isn't always easy, but I love it.0

I gained a lot of weight in college, but I also LOST a lot of weight in college once I put my mind to it. I'm 24 and I'm in the military now, but when I was an undergrad my weight hit 230. (I'm 5'8''). When I hit that "I need to fix this" point, I lost 60 lbs in 8 months, just by working out once a day and logging my calories on MFP. Once you start paying attention to what you're putting in your mouth, it can happen, and being in college it was actually way easier to lose weight than after, let me tell you. Especially if you get a job that is in an office setting? Brutal. College is the time to do it, you just have to have the motivation and dedication!0
