Being Sore yet exercising?

Hello all! This week I have done a combination of things such as running, swimming, alot of push-ups, jumping jacks, ect. and I am sore all over! I still went to the gym today, but I was wondering is it still ok to be really sore and still work out? I just feel really guilty if I skip my workouts... :-/

being sore is fine. being in pain is a different story.0

i find i feel better if i am sore and i work out. If i don't i get still and that makes it worse.
Make sure you stretch really good before and after you exercise. When i don't that is when i get sore.0 -

Agreed. Sore is good. Pain is not. I love to workout when I'm sore. It loosens me up. Makes it feel better.0
