So Many Calorie Ranges (Help!)

Sorry if this one seems simplistic- I'm starting out, and while I've dieted before, I've never actually counted calories.

Some Stats:
238 pounds (yuck!)
5'9" height
25 Years old
Exercise 1-3 times per week

Right now, I'm set to lose 1 pound per week by MFP- 1860 Calories net per day
My BMR- 1890
TDEE- 2601

I started earlier this week with 1600 net per day, but this was hard to stick to, so I upped it by saying that I wanted to lose 1 pound per week instead of 1.5.

So here's my question- how much should I be eating???? If I eat the TDEE, do I eat back the exercise calories? The MFP still has me at 30 calories under my BMR, which is the calories I'd burn if I laid in bed.

I have a suspicion that I'm not eating enough right now- I'm hungry kind of all the time. I've been successful on weightwatchers in the past, but needed a change. I don't remember being this hungry on that plan, which is what has prompted my question.

Good news? I snuck a peek this morning and so far I'm down 4.4 pounds since Monday!! I want to keep up the good work so far, but I know that my success won't be long if I'm hungry and fall into a binge.
