Slow and steady....

I LOVE coming here to see before/afters. They are so motivating. I'm a busy mother of 2, so I only get 3 days in the gym each week. During the summer I hope to make it 5x a week. I've only lost 5 pounds, but I wanted to show that changes ARE made even if the scale doesn't do a nosedive and that changes are not made quickly. I'm set to lose .5 lbs/week--I cannot train for a 1/2 marathon on 1200 calories a day-OK-maybe I could, but I PERSONALLY would die trying!
