Free spreadsheet!

Hi everyone!
I found myself having trouble associating what I do every day with my overall progress, so I created a spreadsheet for myself. Then I kept encountering people who needed the same thing. So I edited it so it can be used by anyone!
I put it on Google Docs, and set it to share with anyone, here's the link:

I set it up so that it automates everything you need. You just put in your Start Date, Start Weight, End Date and End Weight, which are in yellow, and leave alone all the cells in blue. It will automatically calculates each row by week. If you want to calculate things differently then there might be some changes necessary.
If you are excel-literate and you would just like to download it and personalize it yourself - great! Go ahead!
If you are not very excel-literate, I would be happy to personalize a spreadsheet for you!
If you have any suggestions on how I can improve the spreadsheet, please let me know!
Spreadsheeting is kind of a hobby of mine? Haha, not your average hobby!! But I'd love it if people can enjoy and benefit from my creation!! lol.
Also let me know if you can get to the Google Docs document and if you can get the file! I hope it works!!!

I have used spread sheets too but i personally prefer to use a calendar on outlook to keep track. I have it color coded too for different exercises0
