Guys...when they say eat 30% of protein and fat...what does that actually mean?? Like break it down.. ie> 6 servings of carbs, 2 fruits, 6oz of protein, 2 dairy, 1nuts/seeds, unlimited vegies and water...then I will understand...HELP!! SOS!! Love u guys and have a GREAT relaxing weekend...:drinker: PS PLZ BE NICE!!!:flowerforyou:

30% of your "total calories" are protein or fat. You should not go over 30% of fat. But protein can be over as long as calories and fat are still within range.0

1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram carbs = 4 calories
1 gram fat = 9 calories
When divided by total calories consumed gives you the percentage of each.0
