Theoretical question

I am all about not dieting but rather engaging in a lifestyle change.
But my question is this....(THEORETICALLY)
If the overall goal of weight loss is to have a calorie deficit, a person could (THEORETICALLY) eat only chocolate and if they stay under calorie input vs. activity output....would they still lose weight?
Obviously this would not be healthy for your body but IN THEORY is it true?
I guess the main jist of my question overall is: if I don"t always make the healthiest food choices, will I still lose weight as long as my calories in is less that calories used?

You would lose weight as long as you maitain a deficit. Whether you would gain heath is another question.

    Google the Twinkie diet.

    Yep.

Also, IMO somewhat healthier diet that you stick to is better than healthiest diet that you binge every weekend.
