How do you all determine your acticity level when setting your weight goals and profile here? I'm definitely not sedentary but I'm no nurse either. I'm a stay-at-home with 4 kids in a two-story home. We homeschool, so there is definitely no "sedentary" time, lol! There is a bit of a calorie allowance difference as well as a weight loss per week difference between sedentary and light...how do I determine which one I should choose?

based on your description, I would say you are lightly active. sedentary is more like a hospital patient in a bed.
