Ive pigged out big time, and im supposed to begoing to a par

Today I have probably around 2000 calories, probably at least, I have ate so much rubbish, once i eat one sweet thing it depidices all the healthy eating. My mind plays tricks on me, If i eat something healthy i will be feeling guilty and its almost my punishment for eating something sugary I eat more of it, then later on i realise what i have done, had an overload of unhealthy food.
Tomorrow I ts my friends 18 and i'll be drinking there and eating more party food including a barbeque... what shall i do? in order to not put weight on or try keep it balenced? I am also attending the gym in the morning so this may help! ? Thankyou:)

    You are allowed to have bad days. Forgive yourself for today, enjoy the party tomorrow, and try to eat better from there.
