BLAH! I was looking forward to a bike ride with my husband and son tonight all day... got the bikes and such ready off we go. around 2 blocks and im DYING. :( I used to ride my bike all the time with easy (except for big hills) I am so mad at the situation, I thought before we left i should be able to ride down to the park or further (3 blocks away) be fore i need a break. I couldnt even Make it to the end of my block. My belly is in the way. . I was figuring this could be something the 3 of us could do (my husband walks WAY faster than I do and my 4 year old gets distracted) together easily and it be a good work out.. COMPLETE OPPOSITE. just so frusterated DANG IT DANG IT DANG IT!!!!!

    Don't fret it.... cycling uses your muscles in a different way, so it'll take a little while to get back into it. If you are going out cycling as a whole family, why not let your husband supervise your four year old as he goes at his pace and you catch them up at the park? You should get back up to speed in a few weeks. <3

    I feel the same way. Went bike riding, belly makes it hard to bring the legs up so the whole process is just harder. Keep at it though.
