Here's the deal. I have no idea what workout to do today. So, I want each person to post one exercise. Sit-ups, squats, russian twists, jumping jacks, whatever, get creative.

I have a 6 lb medicine ball, a large ball (for core exercises), 2 2.5 lbs dumbells, and 2 10 lb dumbells available.

Just post the workout and I'll use a random # generator to see how many reps/minutes I'll do it.

I'll keep doing them until either the thread dies or I pass out, whichever happens first ;)

P.S. I did just do a pretty intensive upper body workout yesterday so if you want to be nice, stick to legs, core, and cardio :) THANKS! <3

Medicine ball squats (where you hold the medicine ball above head, and while squating throw the ball down and catch it at the end of the squat and then back up)

canned goods in a pillowcase ( start small and add more cans as you can handle it ) make great weights for arm exercises.
