skinny and not as strong or have a little more fat and be stronger any opinions for example i just got back from army training in basic i was moving all the time and eating really healthy my pt test at the end of that i had 55 pushups 75 situps and a 14 41 time on my 2 mile i had two weeks of holiday leave and pretty much killed alot of progress well in ait we didnt run as much and i was eating alot more my fat gain was noticeable but my muscle gain was alot i went from 55 pushups to 73 pushups 75 situps and a 1405 minute run which is a much better score my opinion i looked better at 165 but i just didnt have the massive pumps and energy that i do now, any opinions?

Have you thought of clean bulking and adding more LBM? If I were you I would (clean) bulk for a few months then cut.0
