Continuing to lose after taking a break...

I decided to look back at my 30 Day Shred results and discovered that when I took a 3 day break, I continued to lose inches despite the fact that I wasn't exercising! I somehow lost 2 inches during my break between the Shred and Ripped in 30! That goes to show you that building muscle really does help you lose a lot in the long run! NSV, I think so!
