I started MFP 366 days ago. I wanted to get healthy and fit. I have lost 39 lbs so far. I try not to take many pictures but I found the before picture from 2007 and the current picture was taken at my school's last basketball game of the season. I have pretty much hovered around 200 lbs for a long time. Now everyday is a new adventure.

Logging food has actually been really addictive....and yes, calculating serving sizes is no sweat. I only wish the mental exercises did as much for me as 30 minutes of Zumba.0

Awesome Girlfriend....its amazing how different you look...I'm so proud of you .... :0) You're doing amazing ...I have to say that I totally agree with the mental exercise comment above and so with your math abilities if you figure out a way that can equal to 30 minutes of zumba .....PLEASE POST IT FOR ME !!!!!0
