My name is Marco and i'm 19. I was 220lbs 1 year ago then i started cutting and i got to 174lbs in some months. This year i started bulking at gym to gain mass and now i'm going to cut again. My goal is get to 150lbs before summer.
My current Bf is 20% and i'm looking for 14-15% before summer, then i'll try to get to 10-11% before december.

Getting back to my life, i'm italian and currently studying Economy at university in Rome. My life style is kinda slow, i mean i'm used to not be much active during the day because i have to be at lessons and i have to study. Anyway i tried to change my lifestyle so i'm not using Bus/underground if not required and as i said i'm going to gym.
My workout is 1 hour weight and 30 mins cardio.
