How do you log your C25K without a heart rater monitor? I just started yesterday and I am not sure how to log it.:drinker:

Way to get started!!!! You could log it as walking for the amount of time and at whatever speed and the same for the jogging...just make two entries....

Did you see the Woggers post - it's people trying to be joggers - I joined it - you should to....there's also a C25k post that I chat on - it's nice to see what people have accomplished and what we face....it helps keep me going.
