okay, i think i`m beginning to understand that if i burn a lot of calories i then have to make them up again, by eating more food (the healthy stuff of course).... but then we have the net cals..if i eat more then my net cals stay in the positive..is that right? is that whats suppose to happen??
Can someone PLEASE have a look at my food diary and then be able to give me some advice as i`m getting more confused!! i`m looking to loose body fat and tone up (hopefully)

Yes, your net cals are supposed to be in the positive.
Your net cals are what you're giving your body to run on, after you deduct the exercise calories.0
