I'm thinking not since the workout will totally wipe out the calories in the PB!

I don't know how you ladies and you 1200 calorie limits do it.

I have PB, Jam and toast every morning. But after workouts I've got 2300 calories allowed for the day.

Funny this thread should come up. I had pb/toast (x2) this morning, along with some freshly squeezed OJ. Good stuff.

PB is worth it! I say eat what you like and be sensible! That actually sounds really good...might have to be my breakfast! Or pancakes!

My go-to fast breakfast is a fried egg with the yoke still runny on a piece of toast with some salsa on top.
It's delicious, nutritions, and reletively low on calories. I had it with yogurt this morning. (:

1/2 c of wholemeal self raising flour
1/2 c of protein powder (I used vanilla)
    4 egg whites
    1/4 c chopped walnuts (optional)
    1/4 c blueberries (optional)
    1 tbsp LSA (optional)

Makes 9 pancakes at 68 calories each.. ENJOY
