Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to this site, but not new to calorie-counting... I've been on and off it for years, but I figure having some sort of support from a community will help me stick at it this time.
Anyway, I've found that when I'm calorie-counting, besides being hungry a lot, my mouth gets really dry. I drink a lot of water, so it's not like I'm dehydrating myself, but no matter how much I drink, I still feel parched. Does anyone else have this problem or am I just really weird?
