Does anyone have a suggestion for the "lat pulldowns" that doesn't involve a machine? I have dumbells and a pull-up bar and an exercise ball.
Thanks!

What slightly said, pullups, try using a chair, exercise band, or stepper for assistance if you can't do them.0

Agreed! you can't beat pull ups or push ups when it comes to working out. If you don't have a pull up bar, use bands.0 -
