Wow - 11 miles - that's awesome way to work it girl!
I completed week 3 of the Couch to 5k program....today is supposed to be a rest day but I think I'll move on--if I exercise each week day this week it puts me at 29/30 for this challenge - really close - so that's where I am focusing....
been doing great on calories and water - down 4.2 since we started this challenge...0 -

Great job Chrissy on the C25K and on the days of exercise!!! I am no where close to that goal...don't even know where I'm at actually...:ohwell: but after being mia for a couple weeks dealing with life stuff, I'm back to healthy and happy again!!!
Sounds like you are doing really well...good for you girl :drinker:0 -
Started the C25k yesterday and my bad leg is feeling it today. But I will still get some kind of workout in today. I need to fet a better watch so I can keep track of the walk and run time better my cell phone just didn't cut it.:grumble:
T- great work on the bike ride I use to be able to do that.
C- I hope to do as well as you on the C25K
Hoper yall have a great day:drinker:0 -
c25k---The further you get in the program, you can switch over to distance - which makes it easier on a track....
You'll do great! If you have to repeat a day or even a week - do it - that's ok just keep going
just want to be clear - I will have exercised 29 of my goal of 30 times during this challenge....not 29/30 days0 -

Hi! I usually don't get to post, because you all are morning people, and when I work, I can't usually make it until very late. I am doing good, down 8.5 out of 9 pounds for this channel (still hope to make it) and today will be day 30 on my exercise!
I've been very busy. Just got back on Monday from graduating my youngest daughter with a doctorate in Pharmacy at the University of Kansas. I was really worried that I would gain weight from all the parties, but tried really hard, and actually lost two tenths of a pound!
Anyway, school is out, so I'm not working as of today, and hope to be able to catch you all more often.
Everybody have a great Wednesday! Mary0 -
Thanks T - just wanted to be sure I was clear - when I re-read it it sounded even better - I think my body would croak if I attempted only 1 rest day of 30 days...:laugh:0

11 miles, WOW! I did my Wii Active work out yesteray and it kicked my butt! I have gotten my 30 minute walk in this morning. I do another at lunch and then walk 3.5 miles each evening. Even though I am so sore today, I can't wait to do another Active work out tonight.0
