Would you please share your experience? The good and the bad, what you did right and what you did wrong? Also, what did you take for energy and when did you take it and how much (like gel, or I've heard of some type of sports jelly beans). Anything you can think of to share! What you had to eat the night before, what you had for breakfast...please share!!!
