How do I determine my activity level?

I have no idea how active I am. I am trying to eat maintenance calories right now. I'm at 1850 a day, but I have no idea if I'm eating the right amount! I work as an aid to people with acquired brain injuries. At work, I spend a lot of time driving, I sometimes take walks with my clients, sometimes have to push wheelchairs, assemble wheelchairs, but sometimes I also sit while my client sleeps or watches TV. When I'm not working, I do fairly intense workouts for 30-45 minutes a day. (Strength training/ cardio circuits or long distance running). I like to take walks or go hiking on the weekends, but afterwards I may go home and watch movies. I am 22, 5'7, 127lbs, 13.7% body fat. Can anyone help? lol I feel like I cannot figure this out.....

I would definitely say you are moderately to highly active. I was told I'm lightly active and I have a standing workstation at my job (plus of course my exercise)0
