Hi! I'm not new here, but I'm not really that active in posting. I dont update my food journal everyday but I feel like I need to start changing my lifestyle to become healthier. I would love to hear from you guys especially those the same age group as me. I'm 19 and I weigh 126 lbs. Hope to be friends with you guys! :D
