I just read a medical study, which found that daily consumption of multi-vitamins lead to higher incidence of illness in later life. Calcium supplements to myocardial infarction* (heart attack), multivitamins to prostate and colon cancer†, I guess they lead to imbalances of nutrients? Just to note, probably best to try to get all your nutrients from what you eat.
