Ok so im very new to this so please excuse my lack of knowledge.

Im having trouble setting the percentage for Fat/Carb/Protein and also how many grams for sugar etc etc.

I ideally want to loose 3/4 stone and am on around 1350calories.

Can anyone help me? Much appreciated.

    Do you not like the pre-sets that MFP has? It's pretty decent for just that amount of weight loss. Good luck!

    Yea i just thought the carbs and fat seemed high? If people recommend what they have advised i'll give that a go I just though people generally tweaked their goals.

    I personally have just been going strictly off of what MFP throws at me and have lost almost 50 lbs following that! Overall I guess its preference!
  • I have mine at 50% carbs, 25% fat, 25% protein. I also upped the fiber requirement to 25.

  • Going over on protein is not a problem unless it's WAYYYY Over. Your highest # in the past 3 days is 80, which isn't high at all. My trainer tells me to get a bare minimum of 100, which I really have trouble reaching.

    Going over on sugar isn't really a problem unless you are diabetic or pre-diabetic. I personally wouldn't worry about it. The one day you were way over was due to a lot of fruit. Not a big deal in my opinion. The other day you weren't over by much. You seem to get a lot of sugar at breakfast. I don't know what a Weebatix(?) is, LOL. I think it looks fine.
