I don't know if there is a place on here for that but what I do is look at the Success stories and then I look at the people's food diaries that are open to the public and see what they are eating, you can go back a few days or even a week and see what they are doing to have lost so much weight! It's really helped me get some ideas on what to eat! Good luck to you!

There is a recipe section but not real meal plans.
This is a site you can use from the Mayo Clinic. It has healthy recipes and Menus. Just enter mayo clinic healthy recipes into your search bar or cut and paste this.

I'm new too. Haven't really seen meals posted yet but find myself falling back on the same meals for myself. My diet is physician supervised and at the moment am on 600 calories a day - sounds insanely low but his program is safe and while I get the occasional craving I'm not hungry.

Breakfast is usually a hard cooked egg and either a 1/2 cup of low sodium V8 or a 1/2 cup of natural, no sugar added applesauce.
Lunch is a salad of romaine hearts, some cucumber, 1/2 a chicken breast and a balsamic vinegar - I use blueberry balsamic that was a gift I never thought I'd use but it's wonderful.
Both meals are easy to pack and take tow work with me.
Dinner is 1/2 a chicken breast or a bit of steak, green veggies. Snacks vary.
I can have some carbs but if I have them its best to have them in the morning.
