    After reading this thread I got kinda spooked not to say completely confused..
    So I typed it into google and came across this article:

    I'm not sure if this has been said.. but look up scoobies calculator. IT will give you *your* calories needs for maintenance and to be in deficit. My goal is 1600 per day and I aim for 1700/1800 more if I have a very active day.
