I need help!!

I have been at a stall for the last 3-4 weeks. Haven't changed an ounce (ok - maybe 3 oz.). I've logged my correct weights although not necessarily on the correct dates so don't go by that.

Can anyone look at my food/excercise diary and tell me what I should be doing differently?? While my Dr. is thrilled, I've lost a total of 12 lbs. in 4 months, and has cut my diabetes (type II) meds in half, I need to start seeing that darn scale go down. I am so faithful to what I am doing and yet lately, am so frustrated! It makes me want to cry but I'm afraid then I wouldn't even lose the water weight :-).

Suggestions on diet/combinations of food, etc. welcome.

I knew everyone said it was harder to lose weight as you get older, but this is nuts.
