    Realistically: to fit into 36" jeans again.

    slim toned legs :( a hard flat stomach would be nice too oh and of course jiggle free arms but if i had to pick one it'd be to change my legs for sure!

    You know that spot where your armpit has fattiness right at the front, between your chest and your arm, when you put your arm down? I'd get rid of that. Grossest. Thing. Ever.

    Without a doubt, if I could change one thing by this summer it would have to be the months before summer. It just doesn't get here quick enough nor last long enough. Oh how I love my summer months off.

    I'm good with whatever happens with my body happens, but I would love to be in a size 8 by next winter. This summer is too soon, so I'm not going to kid myself. I believe that it takes time or else you don't keep it off. So, I would say, by this summer, I'd like to stop feeling guilty about my choices. All choices in life. Food, kids, husband, self, ect.

    I would change....the fat layer on my stomach to go away and disply the v-cut and definition
    .....my thighs to not touch and lean out
    .....my arms to show more definition
    .....my car and have a drop top RED mercedes.....PERFECT

    I want my waist to be smaller and my tummy to be tighter. I can feel my strong abdominal muscles underneath, I just need to get this damned layer of fat off! Weight training starts Tuesday so maybe my wish will come true....with hard work and dedication at the gym!!

    I want my torso to have a V shape by summer ( hard to describe) And a bigger butt, its very firm but alot smaller since I lost the weight.



    if you want that "v" shape you need to increase the size of your lats. I would recommend doing dead hang wide grip pull ups or lat pull downs, bar bell rows, really anything that engages the lats.


    as for the bigger butt.... do some squats
