Doing some exercises but have no idea what they're called...

Options
In the mornings I do these stretches a friend of mine told me to try. I want to record what I'm doing, but I have no idea what they're called.

#1 - stand on the balls of my feet and lift my body up and down (x50)
#2 - lift each knee to waist level (both knees = 1, x50)
#3 - twist waist to right, come back to front and stop and then twist left, go back to front, stop (x50)
#4 - Repeat 1-3 (x20)

I can feel the muscles being worked in my legs and butt, as well as my back. Love that, but how on earth do I record these? I'm increasing the counts every other day.

I'd probably use one of the two "calisthenics" entries in the database, either vigorous or moderate, depending on how much they get your heart going.

You can put more details in notes, or create your own exercise. Exercise > My Exercises > Edit Your Personal Exercise.

    They're all calisthenics. Individually, I believe they're:

    #1 Standing calf raise
    #2 Standing knee raise
#3 I believe it would be a "Barbell Twist" if it was weighted. I think it's called a Standing Torso Twist otherwise.

    Pretty simple names huh? :D

Wonderful - now I know what to call them :) Appreciate it!

Wow! 50 times and then repeat and 20 more times! I'm impressed!
