  • My routine is simple and constant. I recently started training with a very good friend of mine, and he gave me a workout plan that works wonders for me. At my heaviest, I was 157lbs and wore sizes 9-11. Today, I am 124lbs, and wear sizes 0-2.

I work out 6 days a week, always.
upper, lower, cardio, upper, lower, cardio, rest.

I found that I have much better results when I cut down my cardio (twice a week for 20 mins and sometimes I'll add 10 minutes to the end of my strength training days). I do interval conditioning... I almost always use the treadmill, incline 8-10, speed at 5, 40 seconds running and standing off to the side for 20 seconds, on and off.

As for strength, I do full upper and full lower body workouts twice a week.. Some of my favorite exercises (and most important in my opinion) are assisted pull ups, assisted dips, one legged squats, etc.

Every week I increase my weight!!!

Are there lists of exercise somewhere?? How do you figure calories burned for a circuit training, etc. I find the food section easy to use but the exercise section is terrible! I must be missing something. Any thoughts welcome!
