I am loosing and gaining the same 3 or so pounds. I am working out eating right and doing the right things. I followed someone's advise and increased my calories this week, I am waiting to see what will happen. I do alot of strength training. I know this might be muscle gain, but 1 month at the same weight because of muscle gain. I would start the week 3 lbs less and by weekend I have gained the same 3 pound back. This has been going on for about 6 weeks.
