toning

Does anyone have any good suggestions for core training? Finally reaching my goal weight really wanted to take it even further by getting a nice flat stomach with some muscle. I started doing some core stuff with a workout trainer app and some ab workouts at the gym. Any suggestions would be appriciated

    Planks, side and normal

    Lying on back and lowering legs, extending legs, anything that requires you to balance your body

    There will be many videos on the net to look at

    im doing jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack. i just finished week 2 but im sorta regretting having started it because im not down to my goal weight and im just disappointing myself because i wish i had a flatter stomach. but on a good note ive lost 2 lbs since starting it!
