Help: Tracking 30 Day Shred??

I will be starting the 30 day shred tomorrow and have no clue how to track it? What do you track it under? I have searched for an answer with the search bar above but all the others who have asked this questions have gone unanswered :-/

    i log it under circuit training :-) next weekend i start workout 2, good luck and stick with it!
