Activity level?

I know this has been asked a million times so sorry for asking again. Pretty soon (within the next two weeks), I will be starting to bicycle around 100 miles a week, commuting to school by bike and doing 30 day shred (I take a break from that every 3-4 days). Should I bump my activity level from lightly active to active? Right now I work out 4-6 days a week 30 minutes a day.

I would just log the bike rides + 30DS as exercises and keep your activity level.0

I agree -- that way you get a reward for your hard work -- more food :happy:0
