Treats?

Hi Guys,

Been on MFP for six months now and have lost 28lbs so far (19lbs to go!).

I'm home visiting friends this weekend and treated myself to a chinese tonight.
I didn't order huge amounts and threw away the leftovers (no temptation!).
I made sure that I did a fair amount of exercise today and ate light for all my other meals.

I cannot help but have massive guilt after eating what should have been a one off treat.

Does anyone else have this feeling after having a "treat"? Even if you really "earned" it?

Just to note, I probably have take out maybe once a month these days, so the treat meals are pretty infrequent.
