teen trying to lose weight! friends needed haha

hi everyone im 18 and in high school. i weigh about 37 pounds from my weight loss goal. I'm a healthy weight right now, but I would like to be a little less. Anyone elsein a similar situation? I need to stay motivated and realize that it will take time, I would love to team up discuss with anyone else! Any tips- workouts, food, calories, health, motivation?? anything thanks yall

    fyou are in a healthy weight range, I'd suggest to focus more on muscle building and toning then losing.
