Hello ... I'm new to MyFitnessPal, trying to get this weight gain of mine under control and lose half of my body weight. I've already lost 50 pounds...it took me a year. Not Satisfied with this time frame I realized that if perhaps I started counting calories I would become more efficient at losing the extra pounds quicker by eat better by keeping track of my daily intake. This is a great electronic journaling system. I'm trying to get a circle of friends to help, motivate, and just share weight loss stories. Feel free to add me just send me a note first ...I live in Florida would enjoy having some Sunshine State , Fitness Pals too...
