Bran Muffins

Does anyone have a good easy recipe for bran muffins? and that is low in calorie? if anyone does I would love to try it out... I am in the mood tomorrow to bake some yummy muffins ..

    I just made some jiffy bran muffins and use skim milk and I add a tablespoon of apple sauce to make them moist. :)
